Expert Mold Assessments for a Healthier Home

The Difference We Make

At KPH Environmental, we are an independent mold assessment company dedicated to providing science-based, unbiased evaluations for homeowners, real estate professionals, and property managers. We specialize in objective mold testing and clear, transparent reporting, giving our clients the accurate information they need to make informed decisions. Our mission is to promote healthier indoor environments through expert knowledge, advanced technology, and professional service.

How it Works

Step 1
Initial Consultation
We start with a detailed phone consultation to understand your needs and concerns. During this conversation, we gather key details about your property, any noticeable issues, and your goals for the assessment. This allows us to tailor our approach to your specific situation.
Step 2
On-Site Assessment
Our expert inspectors conduct a thorough visual on-site investigation, assessing potential moisture issues, signs of mold growth, and indoor air quality concerns. Using advanced technology and industry best practices, we identify problem areas and gather data to provide a clear, science-based analysis of your property’s condition.
Step 3
Testing and Analysis
After completing a thorough visual assessment, we conduct targeted air and surface sampling to ensure accurate results. These samples are sent to a certified lab for detailed analysis. Our testing process is guided by expertise, not guesswork—using advanced tools like moisture meters, thermal imaging, and hygrometers we identify potential issues with precision. Understanding the limitations of each test is key, allowing us to provide reliable, science-based insights into your indoor environment.
Step 4
Detailed Reports and Protocol
We compile all findings—visual observations, measurements, and lab results—into a clear, easy-to-read report with photos and videos designed for easy sharing with actionable recommendations. If work is needed we include a detailed protocol with remediation plans. This guidance is included at no extra cost, ensuring you have the information needed to restore and maintain a healthy indoor environment.
Step 5
Continued Consultation
We don’t just hand you a report—we’re here to support you every step of the way. Our team is available to answer questions, clarify findings, and guide you through remediation to enhance indoor air quality. After remediation, we also offer post-testing to ensure that the issues have been fully addressed. Our commitment is to provide the knowledge and support you need to make informed decisions and maintain a healthy environment.
